Let's try this once again, this time with results to date:

1) City of Moscow
New St. Andrews Zoning Complaint
Filed by: Charles Nolan, Joseph Hansen, Scott Bauer
All city residents and/or city property owners.

Result thus far:
Joel Plaskon rejects complaint.
City Council votes 4 to 2 that complaint has merit.
City Council punts to Planning & Zoning on the 5 yard line. Twice.
Complaint temporarily in limbo.

2) City of Moscow
Moscow Food Co-Op, University of Idaho, and Alternative High School
Zoning Complaints
Filed by: Nathan Wilson and Aaron Rench
Both city residents and employees of New St. Andrews College.

Result thus far:
University of Idaho complaint dismissed.
Moscow Food Co-Op complaint dismissed, sort of; Wilson and Rench were
informed that they filed prematurely. They needed to wait until the
move from Third Street to Gart's had actually taken place. Premature
complaint ejaculation; shot wad too soon.
Joel Plaskon rules against Alternative High School. Moscow School
District appeals, hires big gun attorney John Walker. Complaint drags
on.

3) City of Moscow
Moscow High School Annex Complaint
Filed by: Gerald Weitz
Moscow property owner and dentist; resident of Viola.

Result thus far:
Deep community concern about Dr. Weitz's blood pressure.

Now, note the important change of venue . . .

Latah County Property Tax Complaints
New St. Andrews College, Anselm House, Logos School, and Community
Christian Ministries (the NuArt Theatre and coffee shop)
Filed by: Rose Huskey and Saundra Lund
Residents of Latah County; property owners; tax-payers

Result thus far:
1 out of 2 parcels of New St. Andrews required by Latah County Board of
Equalization to pay property taxes. Anselm House required to pay
property taxes. Logos School granted property tax exemption.
Community Christian Ministries granted property tax exemption. Board
of Equalization rulings appealed by both parties to the IBTA (Idaho
Board of Tax Appeals). 2004 appeals forwarded to district court. The
2004 New St. Andrews appeal dismissed by district court, meaning Doug
Wilson lost. NSA obliged to pay property taxes. Anselm House court
appeal (also filed by Wilson and Company) pending. Logos School and
Community Christian Ministries appeals (filed by Huskey and Lund)
pending.

There. I think that's it. Kate Baldwin, Jim Fisher, Murf Raquet, Tom
Henderson, and Donovan Arnold, please take note. I don't want to have
to make you write this out 50 times on the chalkboard.
