[Vision2020] THANK YOU MAYOR COMSTOCK!

I want to be the first person on this forum to thank Marshal Comstock for
all of his 
years of service and dedication to the Moscow community.  As
many of you may or may 
not know, Marshal announced recently his decision
not to run for reelection in the
fall.  

I wish Marshal the best of luck
and hope that he remain a dedicated civil servant to
the people of
Moscow.

Now only if he would take care of the ticket I got this afternoon for no seatbelt...
