Garrett,
Where I am concerned is for the people that cannot
drive that need to get their groceries.
There are many persons who are students, elderly,
foreigners, or disabled that cannot get to the grocery
store because they do have a car or cannot drive.
The number of cars at Win-co is also going to decline
in the future anyway when you consider the fact that
many Pullman shoppers will be going to the WalMart
Supercenter for their groceries.
My suggestion is that maybe Wal Mart will allow bus
drop off in their lots. They might enjoy all the
business from Moscow for groceries since the mall
refuses to allow them to go to Win-Co.
Just a thought anyway.
Thanks,
Donovan J Arnold
