[Vision2020] Judicial Nominees

I don't agree with either the left or the religious right. I think Judicial nominees should be strict constructionist. They should not legislate from the bench. The religious right in general would agree with this except when it comes to their view point as in the Terry Schivio (sp) case. When it is their ox that is being gored they change their tune and are therefore hypocritical  Judges should be strict constructionists period.
