[Vision2020] Emergency ordinance information

J,

Chris served as Latah County rural Coordinator for several years.  I had 
the pleasure of working with him and he provided assistance to businesses, 
citizens and cities in rural Latah County.

I am glad to see him keep abreast of issues in Latah County.
