??????!!!
I merely posted an interesting story that I read on a great northwest news
site that reflects the loss of valuable programs due, in part, to unfunded
federal mandates that several states are now starting to rebel against
(see Utah, Virginia, Minnesota, Maine, etc etc) and that have, perhaps,
noble goals but harmful and ignored ripple effects for school budgets
already reeling from budget cuts.
I continue to be astonished at how a few people on this forum can infer so
much by 'reading between the lines' of simple posts and then create their
own 'monologue debate' between their thoughts and the imagined thoughts of
others.
