[Vision2020] virtues

    The virtues project wants secular backing, that's why they approached the city.  virtue, like the flag and patriotism, has been usurped by the fundamentalist christian far right, aka republican party.  it is good to see a group promote the concept that virtues are desirable, and have that group wish to place a secular mantle on their work.
    Why not give the program a year to show they are not proselytizing on the public dime.
    The city committed more than a million bucks to 
Alturus II, how about $7,500 to Altruism 101?
