By a fair stretch of the imagination I will grant you that students of New
Saint Andrews College spend a fair (not "significant") amount of money at
retail outlets on Main Street.  I simply fail to see any reason why their
school must be located among those retail outlets.

Students of the University of Idaho spend considerably more money than NSA
at retail outlets on Moscow's Main Street, which Phil Roderick (of CJ's) I
am certain can attest to.

It appears that UI students can find Main Street without having their campus
located there.  Why can't NSA?
