Dear Visionaries:

In case you were wondering, Donald Toogood is a troll.  His only purpose on this list is to stir the manure.  I would advise adding him to your Spamblocker/Bozo filter and ignoring him until he goes away.  Vision 2020 has had trolls before, and we'll have them again.  It's a common list hazard.
