The Acoustic Wave Machine will play at 7 pm this
Saturday, 1/8 at The Retro Fit, located at 206 S. Main
Street.  The Retro Fit features art, music,
conversation and more for the denizens of the Palouse.

The Acoustic Wave Machine was invented to break apart
the stress that results from everyday living. The AWM
generates an eclectic mix of mostly original music
with the hope that the listener's body will dance,
laugh, cry, think deeply and perform other functions
that will aid in healing the body from stress. 

The AWM is a five-member band that plays a diverse
combination of folk, reggae, bluegrass americana, and
rock. With members from the Galactic Tofu Farmers and
Ala Zingara, the AWM utilizes the vox (Clare Cady),
guitar (Garrett Clevenger), trombone (Emily Poor),
accordion (Bennett Barr), and djembe (Greg Sarff).
