[Vision2020] The UI Friday Letter from UI President White

I will believe the UI wants to cut costs when departments quit paying for 
bottled water with state money.  Yep, bottled water. Gallons and gallons 
of it, not to mention the cute little dispensers. Right next to the 
drinking fountains.

I love the UI, but they really got to get their priorities straight.
