[Vision2020] NSA Zoning Complaint Update?

>From a 1/26/2005 Daily News article:
"Moscow Community Development Director Joel Plaskon said it will take him
approximately two weeks to determine if the complaint has grounds for
consideration."

It's been three weeks since the article, and almost four weeks since the
complaint was filed -- has there been an update on this issue that I've missed?
