Well, I actually don't wish to keep calling you anything, and I have a
distinct preference that you keep correspondence to me public.
So your name is Doug Farris. So you think I'm enslaved to an agenda. So
you insist on calling me "Mrs. Mix." And, on top of it, you think I'm
boring. Not to worry -- it's unlikely we'll ever be at the same potluck
dinner or anything, and if we were I'd promise to behave myself. How 'bout
if we just agree to disagree on pretty much everything, with the
understanding that I'm really not interested in you -- only the content of
your arguments?
Unless, of course, you'd prefer to take your cues from Courtney's blogmate
Chris Witmer, in which case you can call me "boogerhead" and I'll gleefully
respond by reminding you that that's "Ms. Boogerhead" to you.

My Dear Mrs. Mix,
You didn't strike any nerve, and I am never easily offended,
ask my friends. I'm not sure
what a 'man of chest' is and you only need to re-read your previous posts
to me to find out what my name
is. If you wish to keep callin' me Heirloom I'm find with that.
As to your being enslaved... to a particular agenda... let's just say the
proof is in the posts...
You don't need to apologize to me, I wasn't hurt. As for children taking
communion... that which 'does
not come from faith is sin'.
And no, I don't think that Mrs. Mix is nasty, biting, attack-prone or
enslaved... to her friends, mean
or dumb. And I never said you were exciting. I just think you're boring
just as your enslaved friends are
boring, filling up blog space with reams and reams of silliness.
I'm just grateful that youre not a narcissistic ex-teacher of philosophy,
that you don't have U of I computer
privileges and are stuck trying to relive the cacophonic, drug-
induced '60's.
lemeno, Doug!
