[Vision2020] mail to university addresses

Visionaries:

Last spring, I was allowed to use university mail to send a legislative report.  It was simply that - not campaign related.

I understand that Gary Schroeder and Tom Trail believe this has opened the door to using university addresses to campaign.  That certainly wasn't my intent.
