    The Palouse is getting some more national publicity, but not exactly 
what the local economic development gurus like to see.  Mark Potok of 
the Southern Poverty Law Center authored "Taliban on the Palouse?" (the 
story of Doug Wilson, Christ Church, and Wilson's political plans to
