And indeed, what sort of "family values" is inherent in, as you assert, Bush killing people in other countries?  Bush had made a cornerstone of his image "family values" and high moral integrity:  he was going to bring decency and morality to the White House, etc. after what many believed to be the immoral inexcusable scandals of the Clinton years.  So if he lets someone else raise his children to not subject them to his lack of "family values," well, I would think the media would be all over that!

I still say Bush is getting a pass from the media on focusing on aspects of his life that suggest his stand on "family values" and morality and integrity is not as substantive as Bush lovers claim.
