[Vision2020] Correction

Sorry to clog the ether waves.  I need to make a correction.  Our statement 
was emailed to the BOE members, Mr. Fiscus, and Mr. Whitney this morning, not 
Friday morning.  It was entered as an exhibit at the BOE hearing this afternoon 
just after the hearing was opened by acting chairman, Tom Stroschein.
