If there is an iota of truth to these allegations, and Ms. Pissedoff fears 
retribution, she should contact the next higher law enforcement agency (i.e. 
Idaho State Police).  If she feels that she could not approach the local ISPs, 
she should contact an attorney and have the attorney contact the ISPs or Idaho 
Attorney General's Office.  That is, if there is any truth to her allegations.
