[Vision2020] Please, no large attachments

I have a request to those who attach things to a posting: please limit 
the size of the attachment to a maximum of 500k. I have a dial-up 
connection that is often disconnected by the evil computer noids during 
mega-byte downloads. Since my mailbox isn't cleared until everything is 
off the server, it quickly clogs to the point where I can't get 
anything off. Then, I have to waste time I do not have going through 
page after page on FirstStep's website cleaning things up enough to 
download my email.

So, if you want to post something with a large attachment, either break 
the attachment into chewable pieces or offer to send it directly to 
people who want it.
