Well, gee Mr. Hansen, that is news to me. Funny how the records of the last
16 elections at the Court House show otherwise. But what do I know, I have only
been there and have a degree in the subject.

Good for you. But starting an "I hate Doug Wilson Fan Club" is not much of
activist agenda.

I am not asking you to be passive. I dislike empathy, it drives me crazy. I
am just asking that you turn the fight against discrimination and hatred, not
just fighting one man that will be replaced by another as soon as you destroy
him, his family, and his organization. Do you really Hate Mr. Wilson and
EVERYTHING he does? Or are you just against some aspects of Mr. Wilson and what he
preaches?
I say be active. In say be more active. But be active against the ideas and
principles that you disagree with, but not the people. Mr. Wilson is not the
only one that holds his views. Humiliating Mr. Wilson will only cause his
followers to be more committed and dedicated to their ideas.
If you want to silence Mr. Wilson, never give me credit for the ideas that he
steals. Attack the flawed logic, not one Man who adopted it.
If you are doing what you are doing to help people, which I assume that is
why you are doing it, attacking people goes against your purpose.
I do not agree with most of Doug Wilson's ideology. In fact, it is disgusting
and offensive to me. I don't want him to have any following, and I don't want
him to have anymore say in this community than anyone else. However, I don't
think the way to do that is by attacking Mr. Wilson or promoting him by
spreading his word.
If Mr. Wilson were to get on a plane and fly to Texas and never come back to
Moscow, you would have accomplished nothing. Because someone else would keep
his Church going.
On the other hand, if you end discrimination in Moscow, he and whatever other
similar organization would fail to thrive in this community.
"Ignore it and it will go away?"
No, but you can deal with the problem without giving reference to Mr. Wilson.
You do this by attacking creditable arguments without defining the source. Do
not address non-creditable, laughable claims. You only give them merit and
validation where merit and validation are not warranted. You fight it, like I
have said in the past, by holding anti-discrimination events.
Christ Church is just one of thousands of organizations that feed on the
fears, hate, and self-righteousness of people. Why not cut off the food source for
all of them rather than go after one little Man, in one little town, that
would be easily replaced with another man and organization just like him?
