[Vision2020] V2020 Problems

Who'd be an internet service provider?

Some people aren't satisfied with the service. Others aren't happy with the
price. Some don't like the software. And some, like Lucy Jones, don't like
what some people have to say, and how often they say it, on Vision 2020.

But they can all agree that if First Step doesn't do what they want--whether
that's shut down Vision 2020 so that Ms. Jones doesn't have to read things
she doesn't like, or provide instant, flawless, practically free service to
everyone at all times--there'll be some dire consequences.

Heavens above, people! I'm with Dan Carscallen (and that's unusual for us,
isn't it, Dan!)--there's something really pitiful about people complaining
about a free service provided through the generosity of a local business
which is entirely voluntary on both parts.

FSR doesn't have to share its resources with us--they do so entirely as a
gift, which I have appreciated over the years. None of us has been forced
to subscribe to Vision 2020. If the bozo filter doesn't keep out what you
don't want to read, try unsubscribing. If you think you could do better,
the Internet is rich in opportunities--knock yourself out.

But for goodness' sake, stop whining, say thank you nicely, and be
responsible for meeting your own needs. You know, that stuff you learned to
do in first grade, whether at a government or a private school.
