[Vision2020] Oops! (concerning Quack Hager)

My apologies to Vision 2020.  Apparently Dubya had considered appointing
Quack Hager to head an extremely influential FDA panel back in October 2002.
A thorough search revealed the most recent article to be:

Let's hope that Dubya appoints people that have reliable credentials and are
