Alan,

Pastor Wilson preaches that slavery is OK and General Lee is a hero of his. 
He also tried to rip the city off by not paying his taxes.

The argument IS Doug Wilson. So it is not an ad hominem. In terms of using 
logic, well that doesn't work when talking about religion, we tried that 
(see past posts).

Second, if you read his book, it isn't really his book, he plagiarized it. 
This we already established by find word-for-word statements in other books.

Third, it is funny how people that defend Wilson always start off with 
EXACTLY the same line before they try to defend the indefensible.

If you want to defend slavery, plagiarism, tax evasion, and the morality of 
the South in the Civil War, you are anything but neutral in your views, even 
in the conservative state of Idaho.

I don't think the people defending against Wilson's hatred are necessarily 
Liberal or Conservative. I think they are just concerned community members 
that don't like the hate, and power trip, of a man who leads something that 
is closer to being a cult than a church.

I do personally find the names of "Wolfman" and the like rather childish, 
and doesn't help the cause of cleaning up the racist trash laying around our 
community left over from the 50's.
