[Vision2020] The Beach

This may sound peculiar, but how about splitting Tidyman's into an ice
skating rink and bowling alley?
There is definitely sufficient interest in bowling here in Moscow. And an
ice skating rink would be awesome.
Another thought that I brought up on the Vandal listserve, but did not get
sufficient support to pursue it was building a chiller outside the Kibbie
Dome and using the dome for ice skating during the summer and ice hockey
during the fall and winter. With a chiller available, the dome can still be
used for football during the fall.
Just my two cents,
Tom

I think they should turn Tidyman's into an indoor ice skating place.
That would clear up the conflict about the current ice rink/noise and
be a nice addition/external visitors attraction/give kids something
to do besides movie/video game/crime/other.
And then they could close it mid-season and have it vacant, just like
they do with the city pool!
Debbie (who's only been ice skating once. when i was 15. and i fell
on the blade and broke my tailbone. n-e-v-e-r again...)
