[Vision2020] Auroras over Moscow

OK.  A "heads up" literally for auroras when they are occurring would be 
easy.  Remember though that they can appear and disappear in short order, so you 
might look and find they are gone or not very spectacular.  Sometimes it is 
like meteor watching, which many will be doing this week with the Perseids.  You 
need to go outside and relax and just look up at the sky for 30-60 minutes or 
more for the best moments to happen.

And what may be great watching 10 miles from town in the dark is not so great 
at all in the city with light pollution.
