I think Tom hit the nail on the head.  I think the causation for a poor
W/L record lies with coaching.  I have tried to give Cable the benefit
of the doubt this year, even though I strongly disagreed with starting
Harrington over Lindgren.  However, by the fifth game of the season,
stupid mistakes should not be a factor.  Penalties, dropped balls, and
over throws are a matter of focus, not talent.  We have the talent, just
not the focus, and focus comes down to coaching, specifically head
coaching.  I think Cable will be the head coach at Idaho through the end
of the year.  Unfortunately, I do not know enough about who is available
to recommend a replacement, but I think it is clear that a change is
needed.  

In any event, I do choose to root for the players all game, every game.
