Yesterday morning I found a 10-speed mountain bike with a bright orange frame on my lawn. After returning from church it was still there, so I phoned the Moscow police, who came and picked it up. I suspect it fell off a vehicle. If it was licensed, the police will have located the owner by now. If it wasn't, and you know who owns it, get in touch with the police at 882-2677. Ralph Nielsen
