[Vision2020] Remove Stambler

I was pointing out your own hypocrisy using only your
own contradictory statements.  I like the list the way
it is.  Sure the majority of posts are worthless
rantings such as this entire thread, but occasionally
something useful about the Moscow community comes
across.
