[Vision2020] First time posters

Barbara and others;

I've been on this list now for many years, and this is the first time I've
heard of posts been reviewed by moderators.  I have personally never
received such a notice.  I would urge anyone receiving such a notice to
contact First Step and ask them who would be moderating this list.  I
suspect such a notice may be coming from your internet provider, such as
hotmail or AOL rather than anyone on this list.
