[Vision2020] Alturas

My response to two questions about the zoning change:

retail sales--companies that offer products for sale to the public (like 
software) should be able to sell them via Internet or the usual retail 
outlets that other companies use.  Because it would make money for the 
companies in Alturas is not a good enough reason to change the intent of 
park.

jobs shifted from downtown--how many people work at the offices of the 
attorneys and accountants and day care center at Alturas?  Those were 
downtown jobs until they moved to Alturas.  There is no reason that 
shifting of jobs should continue.  And there is certainly no reason for 
those "downtown" jobs to be counted as new jobs or as jobs that were 
headed elsewhere had Alturas not been built.
