[Vision2020] "Free"? Public education is supposed to be "Free"?

Whoa!

John Danahy and Dan Carscallen are making the claim that Public Education
is supposed to free.

I help pay for public education, and not by my choice.

The money is forcibly taken from me and then given to only one of the five 
educational systems that everyone here on this board has agreed that exist.

I still don't understand that when there are five choices that parents can 
make regarding educating their children, I am forced to help pay for one of 
those. I dont get any choice as to where my money goes.

No, all education should be "tuition" based. Let the best educational 
choice win!

I am pro-choice for education.
