I am not an attorney. I think that if this listserve is privately owned,
membership is a matter of privilege. If the listserve is publicly owned,
membership becomes a matter of right. To me, it is a matter of who is
paying to maintain the Vision2020 listserve.
Any attornies that can answer these questions?

I'm not sure that you understood my question. The Constitution gives us the
right to free speech in certain forums. Driving a car is not s right. It is
a privilege. Posting on this forum, I am not sure is a right. I think it is
a privilege. We need an attorney to pipe up and tell us.
