[Vision2020] re: liquor liability

Vision2020 seems to be spinning in on itself, as far as
meaningful communication is concerned.

Of COURSE if you pass a law you can make something lawful.
If you can't, I don't want to use that word or this language
in discussing things.

Whether that something is "right" or not is an entirely
different question. Something can be legal and not ethical,
ethical and not legal, legal and ethical, and not legal and
not ethical.
