[Vision2020] RenFair/Rendezvous questiion

In answer to the question, yes, I do think beer and wine should be served.
Events I have attended in other cities, such as Rendezvous, people handle
themselves in a responsible manner. I think the city should try it. Take it on
a year by year basis.
