The February meeting of the Moscow Civic Association is tonight (Monday, 2/10, 7pm at 1912 Building). After a short meeting, the party will begin with live music from "Steptoe" for dancing fun. A no-host bar will be available. Potluck snacks are requested. The event is free and everyone is invited. BL
