[Vision2020] Censored Iraq News?

The AP filed the story today at 6:49 pm ET. The Independent left out the
fact that a nearby transformer exploded, and the lights went out, which
precipitated the firing. It was on the BBC International news this morning.
One US soldier was reported hit by friendly fire.
