Benjamin suggests that despite the felicity of my prose, I failed to answer 
the substance of John Moss's arguments about the medical consequences of 
particular sexual practices.  While I disagree, I do have some new medical 
evidence to adduce:

Pregnancy--an outcome of heterosexual sex--kills women.
