Muddy the waters if you wish, Douglas. I expect that
this issue will be decided at some point by the
Supreme Court in much the same way that all sodomy
laws were struck down. It's an easy call since it
involves fundamental fairness. Same sex couples will
have the same legal rights as married couples.
