[Vision2020] Smoke East Of Moscow

C and All!

Smoke was seen rising from a patch of trees just south of Hwy. 8 about 5 mi. 
east of Moscow near the landfill this afternoon around 3 PM, with a 
helicopter hovering overhead seen carrying a bucket and apparently dropping 
water onto the blaze.
