[Vision2020] Boomer Shoot 2003.

The annual Palouse Practical Shooters Boomer Shoot is coming up in May of
2003.  Prior to sending out the press releases in a week or so I thought I
would give the subscribers of this and a few other email lists the chance to
send in their applications prior to the big rush.

This event is for long range precision rifle shooters.  The three day event
is composed of two days of long range shooting and one day of long range
precision rifle shooting instruction.  Ranges vary from 200 yards to nearly
700 yards.  Most of over 750 targets (both days combined) are about the size
of your fist.  All are filled with high explosives.
