guidance. These suggestions could be in the form of one or two sentences,
as the priority guidance plan frequently is. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

be received <STRONG>before the end of the month</STRONG>, so that they may be
submitted to the Washington Affairs Committee and thereafter considered
for inclusion in the ACTEC submission. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

opportunity for us to let Treasury know where we have uncertainty and a need for
clarification and predictability in the administration of the tax
