Hey, E&G Tax Gurus!

It's your former Chair Mickey "The Mick" Davis* asking you to dust off your cleats and grab some peanuts-the ACTEC Foundation's Home Run Derby is in full swing, and the stakes are higher than a pop fly at high noon.

I've been tapped to represent MLB's American League West, and I'm looking to clear the fences for a great cause. While we usually spend our days navigating the complexities of the Internal Revenue Code, etc., today we're focusing on a different kind of "tax"-the kind that funds the incredible scholarships, legal education, and professional development programs supported by the ACTEC Foundation.

Why Join the Roster?
The American League West is known for power hitters and clutch plays. By supporting my campaign, you're helping our division take home the pennant while ensuring the future of trust and estate law remains bright. Your support fuels programs that are already making a real impact, including, to name a few:

  * The Dennis I. Belcher Young Leaders Program, which brings diverse, rising talent into the profession and helps shape the next generation of leaders
  * The ACTEC Trust & Estate Talk Podcast series, delivering practical, accessible education to practitioners and the public alike
  * The Engagement Letters Program, providing essential tools that promote clarity, professionalism, and better client relationships

It's super easy to make a gift. Just click here<https://apps.actecfoundation.org/open-virtual-fundraisers?PFR=13634> and choose the amount of your gift.

Let's show the leagues that the AL West doesn't just know our way around the Delaware Tax Trap-we also know how to bring the heat.

Thanks for being part of the team and for supporting the vital work of the ACTEC Foundation. See you at the ballpark!

Best regards,

Mickey "The Mick" Davis*

*Those of you who remember my namesake Mickey "The Mick" Mantle know what an awesome player he was. With 536 career home runs and a lifetime batting average of .298, he proudly wore number 7, as did my favorite Astro, Craig Biggio. Craig was the only player in MLB history with over 3,000 hits, over 600 doubles, over 400 stolen bases, and over 250 home runs. My son Matt and I were lucky enough to see him get his 3000th hit! My Foundation Avatar adopts lucky number 7 as an homage to Mickey and Craig.
