[EstGift] [filtered] Looking for a discussion leader on the LIttlejohn letters

All,
One of the topics for discussion at the Toronto meeting will be the IRS “Littlejohn” letters.  Phil Lindquist would like someone to co-lead this with him.  Could someone with some knowledge about this please volunteer?  It is just a short segment of our committee meeting and I already have the letters to put in the materials (no additional materials are needed).
