[EstGift] [filtered] Call for committee meeting discussion topics

Dear Committee Members,

I am in the process of putting together an agenda for the Annual Meeting in Phoenix (March 7 at 1:00 pm local time).  So far, I have the following topics:


  *   Discussion of CCA 2023052018 (IRS position that modifying a grantor trust to add a grantor tax reimbursement provision constitutes a gift)
  *   Discussion of U.S. v. Paulson
  *   Techniques for using the gift tax exemption of minors
  *   Estate planning for the family cabin
  *   Benefits of using interest-free loans to trust beneficiaries

We probably have time to take on a couple of additional topics.  If you have any suggestions of topics you would like the committee to discuss (and/or people who might be good to lead the discussion), please send me an email.
