[EstGift] [filtered] Volunteers needed for another reg comment project

Stephanie Loomis-Price has volunteered to spearhead an effort to comment on recently issued proposed regulations involving access to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals.  A copy of the proposed regulations is attached.  Comments are due November 14, so this will be a quick turnaround (before the fall meeting)!
