[EstGift] [filtered] Draft comments on the 2010 proposed regulations

The draft comments to the proposed anti-anti-clawback regulations (soon to be widely known as the Boomerang Clawback regulations) have now been added to the meeting materials.   They will be discussed at the committee meeting this Saturday.  For your convenience, I'm also attaching them to this email.
If you are not attending the meeting and you have thoughts on the draft, please send them to Stacey Delich-Gould and me.
