[EstGift] [filtered] Looking for discussion topic ideas for the summer meeting

All,
As your new chair of the Estate and Gift Committee, I am in the process of putting together an agenda for the summer meeting in Calgary.  Topics that I am thinking about for this meeting include:

  *   Planning ideas for a period of rising interest rates
  *   What does the Levine case say about choice of fiduciaries and agents under a durable power
  *   How to sign up to get online transcripts from the IRS
If you have any reaction to these topics or if you have expertise on these issues that you would be interested in sharing at the meeting, please email me.  I would like to particularly encourage participation by our blue dots and red dots, so if you are or know one of those people who would make a great discussion leader, I'd like to hear about that too.
In addition, we'll need additional topics, so please send me your ideas for additional topics as well.
Finally, if I could get a volunteer to serve as Secretary for the summer meeting and taking the minutes, I would be very grateful.
