[EstGift] [actec-prac] Proposed 2704 regs have apparently been issued

Scheduled to be published on 8/4, which means comments are due on 11/2 for a hearing to be held on 12/11.  Looks like E&G and Bus Pl committees will be busy between now and then!

I’m hoping that committee members will heed the call to help on a task-force to submit comments, should The Powers That Be suggest one.
