[EstGift] ACTEC IRS Settlement Survey - for Partnerships and LLCs

Dear Members of the Estate and Gift Tax Committee:

 

As you know, the Transfer Tax and Entity Controversy Sub-Committee
(chaired by Stephanie Loomis-Price) of Business Planning  has worked
with the Estate & Gift Tax Committee with the assistance of David Pratt
to formulate a web-based IRS settlement survey.  They plan to make
available the data at the Summer meeting, cumulative of all electronic
responses to date.

 

We estimate that the survey should take about 8 minutes if you have the
data from your settled case file handy.  Please use the following link:
