[EstGift] ACTEC Settlement Survey - for Partnerships and LLCs

Dear Members of the Estate and Gift Tax Committee:

 

As promised, the Transfer Tax and Entity Controversy Sub-Committee of
the Business Planning Committee has worked with David Pratt of the
Estate & Gift Tax Committee to formulate a web-based settlement survey.
We estimate that the survey should take about 8 minutes if you have the
data from your settled case file handy.

 

At this point, while we ask you to enter real data from a real case, we
are really looking for your comments on the survey instrument itself.

_and_LLCs>   to enter one of your case settlements in the survey
instrument.  Please respond to Donna Braman at donna.braman at actec.org

your experience with the instrument.

 

We look forward to your input.  Once finalized, the survey will be
circulated to the College on a regular basis so that we can renew our
project of compiling and making available the data - to ACTEC Fellows
only.
